To participate in the auction click on the "Register" button located on the upper left part of this page and register to become a Bidder. If you are already registered for On-Line Bidding your registration information is still active although you MUST read and understand our TERMS AND CONDITIONS and forward your LETTER OF GUARANTEE via Fax to (402) 592-2327 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to be confirmed as a qualified Bidder. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PAYMENT TERMS: Must be Cash or Certified Funds. A Company or Personal Check will be accepted ONLY with a Letter of Credit from your Bank. That letter MUST be on file with the Auction Company prior to bidding. A Wire Transfer or Bank Draft is acceptable with a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit day of sale via one of the above mentioned forms. Payment in full must be made no later than 5:00 PM CST 2 days after close. Items cannot be removed from the facility until funds have cleared.
Once a package, piece of equipment, or item is sold, the winning bidder is responsible for its removal. Any cost, responsibility, and risk of removal of purchases remain with the buyer. The buyer will have seven (7) business days after the end of the auction to pickup their items. Business hours and days are M-F 8:00AM to 4:00PM Local Time. Removal may only begin after Payment in Full and must be completed within seven (7) business days after the end of the auction.
